Intercompany Between Organization Units for R12

Hi,

We recently implemented "Internal Sales Order" process between two operating Units (ultimately two different Organizations) to accomplish Intercompany transactions in R12.

We shipped items from USA to CAN (different Operating Units)

flow: Create Internal Requisition (CAN), Create Internal Sales order (USA), Release the Order (USA), Transact Move Order (USA), Ship Confirm (USA)

Run Intercompany AR and AP Invoices.

Will create AR Invoices and GL Entries for USA.

Will create AP Invoices and GL Entries for CAN

PR --> OM --> INV --> Receive --> AP --> GL

OM --> AR --> GL

Hi Indu,

I have following doubt. is this scenario is working between 2 different ledgers and Legal entities or same Ledger and Same legal entity with multiple OU's?
