cannot load/drop LPN into receiving sub-inventory "inspection required before putaway"

Hi,

In a multi-step inboud process with inspection "operation plan", a user have an execption (ex : location full) and do the following :

  .  drop LPN in a receiving transaction wich is not defined in the operation plan.

  .  select a reason code  (without any workflow)
 

After this action he want to drop the LPN in the receiving location indicated in operation plan  (this action is always in receiving process  not a put away in inventory).

we have the error  "inspection required before putaway".

Please Help.
