Parital Lot Allocation and Tolerance

I have a scenario where we do not want to pick partial lots. Let us say LPN has a qty of 100 Yards with 10 Lots and each lot constitutes 10 Yards. Placed an Order for 50  Yards with over ship tolerance 75%. So the maximum qty can be picked is 75 Yards which will basically partially allocate or split one lot with 5 yards. How to configure in WMS to over pick 70 Yards in this scenario and not to pick 75 as it splits the Lot. I am looking to pick only full lots within the tolerance. Please advise
