Reduce Shipment cycle time

Situation

In typical Shipment process of Oracle EBS, you have the below major steps:

Release order
Transact Move order --> Allocate quantity --> Transact Quantity
shipping Form --> Make delivery -->Make Trip --> Close Trip

When you have predictable setup, you can reduce the cycle time by leveraging some of the below features:

semi-Automatic Option: Auto-pick Confirm & Autocreate delivery

On the release sales order form, select

Auto Pick Confirm as Yes
Auto Create Delivery as Yes

Pick release program will complete creation of Move Order, allocation of move order, transaction of move order and creation of delivery in one go
