We are in the process of defining expenditure types in R12. We want to know what should we the factors we should look at before defining them in R12.

While defining the expenditure types you need to make sure that they have proper effective dates, included in correct organizations,and the system linkage function.

i,e wheather it will be used for labor,non-labor,supplier invoices,expense reports etc.
