Inventory Integration with Oracle Projects
Hi Gurus,
Can any one explain me the Accounting Entries when we are issuing a material from inventory to projects.

Hi,
It would be debit project expense and credit inventory asset. But details of it would depend on how that transfer is done. (ISO or project material transfer)

The actual scenario as follow's.
Inventory entries will be generated in Oracle Costing (Not Project costing) module which directly transferred to GL, Where as your Projects module Auto Accounting mapping will represent which entry you want to see in projects module.
So please check your auto accounting setup if already exists, else check with your accounts team which entry they need from projects perspective.
