Dear Customers,

I am writing to tell you of some news of interest to Oracle customers running on the OpenVMS platform. In this update, we have information covering the 2016 Oracle Technical Forums, product shipments so far this year, certifications, and Oracle Rdb Training.

Forum News:

The 2016 Forums schedule has been posted online on the Oracle Rdb Web page. The dates and locations are:

September 29-30, Burlington, MA, USA
October 3-4, Redwood Shores, CA, USA
December 6-7, Osaka, Japan

The EMEA and Asia Pacific Forums are being planned for the first half of 2017 and are not yet listed.

Following the North American Forums, we will also be holding shorter half-day Oracle Rdb and Oracle Database on OpenVMS Update Sessions at various cities in the US and Canada. Selected talks from the Forums will be presented. This is an opportunity for customers who can't travel to the Forums to join us for presentations and discussions closer to home.
