Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello ,
You can upgrade to 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 and then install the PSU Patch 11.2.0.4.3
or
Install the 11.2.0.4.3 PSU patch on the new 11.2.0.4 oracle home , and then perform the upgrade ( No requirement of post patching scripts)
