How to upgrade WLW 9.2 webSerivces project to OEPE for 10.3.6.

Hello,

IHAC who want to upgrade their webservices project that was developed in WLW 9.2.3 to 10.3.6 oepe project.

I made a simple webservices in 9.2.3 Workshop and opened it in Eclipse for WebLogic 10.3.6 which was shipped WLP 10.3.6.

I referenced the following manual :

I deployed the Application successfully but I got 404 error when I requested the webservice.

WLS couldn’t resolve the endpoint URL in WSDL.

My questions are :

1. 1. 9.2.3 WLW Webservice project can upgrade to 10.3.6 oepe?
2. 2. If yes, could you explain the steps in detail?
