Thanks a lot for your comments. However I need more clarification. Do you want me to explain how (in step by step manner) I created the Configuration rules and other such details for the other pieces of solution? Or a sample of the entire solution with screen shots and code?

I think this is more like a case study, hence explain the sample of the entire solution with screenshots and code should be sufficient.
