Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am not sure if you are still having this issue

a) Make sure the Inventory Calendar is defined

OPM Inventory Control>Setup>Inventory Calendar

b) Make sure you do not have 2 lines on the Shipping transactions form for the same Order Line; one with backordered and the other awaiting shipping.

c) Make sure the Log Level is set to provide more details
