Hi,
Check the work flow status details for kit line see which activty is stuck? - Please run the workflow background program and see if gets progresses.
There can be few different reasons, firstly i would suggest to look at the data entered on the sales orders - can you clarify is that worked earlier or specific parts you have this problem ?

Hi,
You said the line status is Picked. If that is the case, you would need to ship confirm the line to progress the line further.Can you please confirm if the item in question is a shippable item? . Also can you please let us know what activities you have performed on this kit line?
