Complete shipment for Order or at Line

I would like to add a couple of points here:
a. You can setup a defaulting rule to default the line set as Ship (point:2) by setting up a defaulting rule to default it from sources like customer

b. Also when OM: Assign new set for each line to NO , the shipset will have the same value for all the lines of the order
