Supply Order Tracking and Recovery

Scenario: ATO item supply is created from sales order. if the supply order is cancelled for any reason, how the sales rep know about it? is there any method to notify the sales rep when the supply is cancelled or rescheduled?

Solution

For ATO items the relation between sales order and the reserved orders is maintained.   

1. You can view the reservation details from the demand side using the reservation details screen from sales order pad (Scheduling ---> Reservation details).    

   

1. In case of WIP Job you can see the sales order (s) to which the WIP Job Quantity is reserved by launching the reservations window by clicking sales orders button.
