Automate the Sales Order Process

Scenario: The Orders are taken offline and delivered using the Onhand Quantity. However the same data needed to be recorded in the EBS System. the cumbersome process of doing this process can be minimised with some automation.

Solution:

1. Order Import Program can be used to import the Order data with the status as Booked.
2. Automate the Create Supply Order to run for such cases
3. Automate reservations so the on hand will be picked up for delivery
4. Automate Execute Pick release
5. Automate Ship Confirm
6. Automate Auto Invoice
7. Execute the workflow background Engine
8. For each of above Automations a simple criterial to distinguish such Sales Order Cycles need to be used. It can be an Order type specially meant for such Order Cycles
