I need an official document which described the logic"schedule order".

   As we know, the request"Schedule Order" in R12 has an enhancement, we can use "Reschedule"function to reschedule order, i want to know this detail logic, i searched the document in metalink, but i can not find,

   but i get a document name from metalink,maybe this document can help me. "Order Management’s Scheduling technical TOI " who can help me this?
