The Sales Reps and Field Service Engineers many times go with the spares and other such items which are carried with them. These items are either used in repair or sold to the customer on request. Typical examples will be adopters, Antenna support for a cable TV system a spare battery for Mobile phone.

In this document we will be discussing the scenarios where the the items are sold directly in the place of use and many times, the Sales Rep / Support Engineer deliver the items and will send the Invoice for the payment later.
