Tips & Techniques: Show Line details of PTO

Situation:

Whenever you create the Sales order line for a PTO item or KIt Item you will not see the components by default.

You have to exclusively go to the Sales Order Tools Pull-down menu of Sales order and choose show line details.

This is cumbersome when you frequently takes the orders for PTO and Kit kind of items

Solution:

Oracle offers a Profile OM: Show Line Details. Set this Profile value to Yes to ensure the lines are always shown without the need to go and invoke Show Line details from Tools Menu of Sales Order
