Order to Cash Flow and analysis at every stage

The most important Value stream Order to Cash (OTC) that fetches the revenue to your organization. It is quite critical that you closely monitor the Progress of this Order to Cash (OTC) flow and will want to ensure at every stage the Progress is smooth with no bottlenecks. For example if you are unable to dispatch the goods on time due to technical reasons which are also equally important enablers while it is physical delivery that really matters for the Customer.

The typical OTC flow has the below basic steps:

  • Order Capture: Enter the Sales Order
  • Book the Sales Order to tell the system that the Order is confirmed
