Tips & Techniques: Copy attachment from SO to Dropship PO

Scenario:

A project team raises a SO want to inform procurement team about the special instruction has to be sent to supplier to deliver the goods as per the specification. This instruction is added in the form of attachment.

So, when we raise the drop shipment SO which creates PR and PO as per the process but didn't copy the attachment from SO to PO.

Solution Implemented: Created Alert which insert the records in attachment table with category as "To Buyer" corresponding to requisition line which is associated with Drop Shipment SO Line. Finally, when PR is converted into PO then attachment get copied automatically as per intended functionality.
