Best way to process Fixed Monthly Direct Debits

    Hi Lisa,

    I am also looking for process for regular monthly payments.  Currently, we ended up in using prepayments only.

    If you are using AME for Invoice approval, you can exclude the "Prepayments" from Approval system.
