GL Periods are open how ever create accounting error like glperiod closed

Hi Team ,

  For testing one scenario iam creating one manula invoice on this period P09-14 ,

All the periods like GL and AP  were opend  however while running create accounting for that invoice getting below error in all the test instances .

95325- " The GL date 05-SEP-2014 is not in an open or a future enterable period.  Please select a valid GL date or open the period."

pleae let me know how to proceed further  and where to check for this .
