    Do you have an updated whitepaper for 12.2.4? Also, do you have more details on the Outside Processing department set-up?

    We tried to follow along with the document...but there seems to be some pre-setups missing (perhaps around the Outside Processing department) preventing us from reaching the end point of the document. Any further guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
