How can move active contract from one OU to other?

Hi

We are in 11.5.10.2 oracle version, we need to migrate contract from one OU to other.

How we can do it with oracle starndard tools?
What we need to consider on this operation?
Do we need to take any action in the exsists Instances in the Installed Base?

Any informarion can be helpfule
