Install Base Conversion

Hi,

Is there a api for instance conversion from legacy system to Oracle Install base.

We are looking to convert the instance location details and some additional attributes. We are not looking at converting the transaction history. Can any one suggest a good oracle referance document for the same.

Hi Sush,
If you are on R12 then  take a look at the Install Base User's Guide, 'Using the Open Interface Program' this program allows you to do mass load as well as updates.
If you are on R11i :
Install Base User's Guide, Chapter 9 Using the Open Interface Program
