I have requirement for update service price in oracle Install Base .

Kindly privide me appropriate API for price update  oracle Install Base.

Hi Bidyakar,

From the screenshot uploaded I can see you need to update descriptive flexfield (DFF) for an instance. To achieve this you can use CSI_ITEM_INSTANCE_PUB.UPDATE_ITEM_INSTANCE API.

Thanks for quick response.

I am using this API Csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance but getting error
and also I am not sure column name for Fixed price update which is descriptive flex field
and I also not understand purpose of these two columns
