New Product/Problem types selections when logging Agile SRs

In order to streamline the research and creation of Support tickets, Agile Support has simplified the Problem type selections for two products:

Oracle Agile PLM Framework and Oracle Agile Product Collaboration

This document applies to:

Oracle Agile Product Collaboration - Version 9.3.2.0 to 9.3.6.0 [Release 9.3]
Oracle Agile PLM Framework - Version 9.3.2.0 to 9.3.6.0 [Release 9.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

NOTE 1: Select the correct Product and Problem type to take advantage of the KM solutions appropriate to the specific problem type selected.

NOTE 2: Problem types marked in pink border in the screenshots below, are linked to an Automated tool, designed to assist with troubleshooting the problem.
