Agile PLM e6: e6.2.1 to RUP or not to RUP, that is the question...

For Agile PLM eSeries e6 specifically e6.2.1.x

I have had a lot of questions about RUPs - and not just what does the acronym stand for  [ Release Update Packs - indeed, it can be different for different products - Round Up Patch, Roll Up Patch etc etc ]

First things first - why? i.e. why the change in patch delivery / installation etc

A> there are many reasons - e.g. many customer didn't like the fact that they may need to install alot of (say 40) patches in sequence when they encountered an issue and found a solution was already availabe.
