Control Submit Journal Import from WEB ADI

Hello,

The business requirement is to stop Journal Import from being submitted directly from the WEB ADI Upload screen. There is a check box for Automatic submit Journal Import, which when check calls the Journal Import program. I am exploring two Possibilities:

1- Stop automatic Journal import by disabling that check box for 'Journal Import' in the web ADI. The user should not access it. After that run a Custom Journal Import program to import the journal.

2- The second option that I am exploring is to Call a custom program for Journal Import instead of the seeded Journal Import program in WEB ADI Journal upload. (, is this possbile?)
