SYMPTOMS

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3 version

When attempting to open seeded integrators from the Desktop Integration Manager responsibility > Manage Integrators function,
the following error occurs:

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance. "
