Announcement: Steps To Obtain A New WebADI Digital Signature Excel Certificate For 2018 And Later, A

E-Business Suite Web ADI users will require a new digital signature certificate, as the previously provided WebADI digitally signed document cert was only valid until April 2018.

To update the WebADI digital certificate follow the below steps:

1. Download the associated patch for the applications release version below along with any required prerequisite patches.

A. EBS 12.1.3 : 23122190:R12.BNE.B

B. EBS 12.2.3 : 27558435:R12.BNE.C

C. EBS 12.2.4+ : 27558445:R12.BNE.C

2. Ensure a valid backup exists before applying the recommended patch.

3. Apply the associated patch for the application version along with any required prerequisite patches per the readme file instructions.

4. Retest the WebADI functionality and confirm everything works as expected.
