Settings for Oracle Web ADI

Excel 2010:

Go to pull down menu File --> Options

Choose Trust Center on left frame.

In the right frame click Trust Center options

trust center window opens.

In the trust center settings  select Macro Settings

Under Macro Settings check  the radio button Disable all macros with notification.

Under Developer Macro Settings,  check  the check box Trust Access to the VBA project object model.

close the Trust Center window and Options windows

Browser settings:

1. Add the Oracle URL as trusted Site in the browser

2. Activex  control and plug in --> .Initialize and script Active X controls not marked as safe” to “Prompt” or “Enable” (security tab, trusted sites, custom level-->ActiveX control and plugin)
