    A ticket should be opened with Oracle Support to look at your memory configuration as the out-of-memory error is not likely to be due to the activity of the RDBMS session that raised the error as it's PGA usage was low and the total amount of PGA allocated by all sessions at that time was well below the value of PGA_AGGREGATE_TARGET.
