TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 availability in Oracle RDBMS 11gR2

The TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 protocols are supported in Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 after applying the following patches :

MES Bundle Patch 19207156 on top of April 2014 PSU (11.2.0.4.2) is released only for Linux x86-64 platform. There is no plan to produce this patch on 11.2.0.4.8 for any other platform.

MES Bundle Patch 22594718 on top of October 2015 PSU (11.2.0.4.8) is released only for Linux x86-64 platform. There is no plan to produce this patch on 11.2.0.4.8 for any other platform.

MES Bundle Patch 22695784 on top of Jan 2016 PSU (11.2.0.4.160119) is released only for Linux x86-64 platform. Patch 22695784 does not conflict with 11.2.0.4 Apr 2016 PSU.
