the sequence for patching :
1st 20260274:R12.GMD.B
2nd 20265129:R12.GME.B


below are the steps for applying the patch 20260704
1. check the patch on instance
2. run application environment (down the appl tier)
3. enable the maintenance mode with adadmin utility
4. extract patch then go to folder (open readme)
5. apply the patch with adpatch utility
6. disable the maintenance mode with adadmin utility
7. bring the appl tier up
8. check the applied patch on instance
