Identifying Missing App Tier and Database Tier Patches for EBS 12.2

The EBS Technology Patch Checker (ETCC) utility has been improved, most notably to include a new Middle Tier Checker script in addition to the original Database Tier Checker. The two scripts that now make up ETCC check whether all necessary technology stack patches have been installed on an EBS Release 12.2 system, and thereby help ensure that a Release 12.2 deployment will be successful.

The enhanced ETCC utility can be downloaded via Patch 17537119 from My Oracle Support. As well as installation instructions and basic commands, the README for this patch includes a number of usage scenarios and examples.
