PACKAGE BODY JMF_SHIKYU_AUTO_RCV_PROC invalid after patching?

After upgrading the database from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2, applying interop patches16289505 and 18843706, the Jan 2016 PSU and several other patches to an EBS 12.1.3 instance,  the package body APPS.JMF_SHIKYU_AUTO_RCV_PROC has become invalid.  Errors below.  Has anyone run into this issue and have a resolution?

SQL> alter package JMF_SHIKYU_AUTO_RCV_PROC compile body;
