Bad service with Oracle support
I feel very upset with this service, I had a problem un production environment on Oracle Exadata and they support service told me they I has to wait to happen again, this incident has economic cost on the bank.
Now I have another problem but un Exadata contingency environment and after a mounth I don't know what happen and the incident continous, Oracle doesnt know too.
What happen with Oracle support? It's terrible that Oracle doesnt know what happen with this own equipment.
Bad service, I feel that I took a bad desition yo migrate my AIX environment to this Exadata.
