Server Manager at Tools Release 9.1.5.x unable to upgrade tools release for weblogic windows server

This document is to help customers who have the issue that the server manager at the Tools release 9.1.5.0 to 9.1.5.2 are unable to upgrade the tools release for weblogic instances on windows sever.

A new bug 20227566 has been reported for this issue.

You can request and apply for the POC for Bug 20227566 - TOOLS RELEASE 9.1.5 - CANNOT UPDATE HTML INSTANCES if this bug is not included in the new tools release 9.1.5.3.
