Spatial Option Still Appears As Enabled

Hi everybody, we disabled the Spatial option from our database installation following the instructions from note "179472.1", after checking v$option still appears as enabled. There are no objects belonging to MDSYS and that user doesn't exist anymore, also there are no references about it in dba_usages. We don't want to take any risk about license issues so, what we did is enough to prove that we're not using Spatial? Is there any other note we should check? Thanks in advance!

Spatial cannot be set to FALSE in V$OPTION in an Enterprise Edition installation of Oracle. If no Spatial objects/indexes exist and the Spatial user (MDSYS) has been dropped, Spatial has been removed from the database. Please refer following notes on MOS -
