    Hi,
    I've got the book.
    It's around Cluster 3.2.

    VirtualBox is used to create the sample environment, but from the experience with a receipt of a similar approach you've given me some time ago, I think it's less than ideal.
    I'll try again with 2 unused V890 and with the latest version before 4.0.
