request steps for external ntp server configured under oracle cluster 4.1

Hi,expert:

Question for external ntp server configured under oracle cluster 4.1?

Current setting: solaris 11.1  Oracle cluster 4.1

customer wants to set external ntp server for cluster node.

the document 1006115.1 ,there is no  /etc/init.d/xntpd.cluster start for cluster 4.1

after remove ntp.conf file, how to start ntp service?

Please give some suggestion. Thanks!

what's more, how to use  "slewalways yes" and "disable pll"?
