Is there a way that we can default the New Appointment Start Time & End Time to the selected Calenda

Good day!
In calendar screen, our Client selected a date in the Calendar. Then he clicked the "New Appointment" button. The Start Time and End Time fields defaulted to today's date. Will there be a way that we can set them to the date that has been selected in the Calendar?
