Integrating OPM Quality with PO and Batch for OSP Services

I like to explain a business case for an OPM Customer who use OSP during the Manufacturing Process.

They are using OSP process for OPM. They created a Batch and then it created a requisition during Step release process in Purchasing and completed the PO.

But since this is an OSP Item, and it has an OPM specification, they needs to send this OPM Spec details to supplier along with PO so that they get exact service needed as per OSP Quality Spec created.

For this process, they have already created a Nonconformance and Quality Spec with Supplier Validity Rule. But there is no way to attach and send this Specification to Supplier in R 12.2.5 when we send the PO.
