Build 1095C

I have loaded all the ESU's for ACA in test enviornment.  Have all the components with the exception of the dependent's imported and have test data.  When I go to the row exit and try to use the BUILD1095-C row exit,  the options are empty, there is no submit button.  I have completed the hours of service report, added an AIRID, setup the Health Plans,  Not sure what I'm missing.  I defined the build1095C with the jde version delivered.

As you are aware, there's a lot of set up involved with creating the 1095-C.  Please ensure that you have done each of the steps as appropriate for your business.
