You can set up bills of material for a top level item and then create a project for this top level item.  PRP (R3482 or R3483) can then be run to plan all the materials underneath this top level parent item.  Please bear in mind that if using multiple levels of bills of material then WO messages should be processed at each level to preserve the pegging.  Next the project can be processed to attach parts lists and routings to all the work orders in the tree and on running PRP again, messages will be generated to purchase in any components etc which can then be processed.  On finishing the work orders the work order costs can be booked to accounts based on the AAI set up and I believe it will use the subsiduaries based on the project using R31802A and R31804.

Does the order have extra costs?
