How many work orders have this problem and what happens when you run R31804 in proof over this work order?
It sounds like this is an issue that will need to be addressed through a service request as the cause should be investigated and then best solution to preserve data
Hi Beth, so far we have seen it on 1 WO. We have recently implemented 09 costed items and this particular WO was an issue as the completion of the WO had been procesed before any material issues had taken place - this was at a cost of R500. The completion was then reversed (by this time the issues had taken place) at a value of R30 000. The unaccounted units now is zero, but in unaccounted amounts there is a value of -R29 500.00
