Estimated scrap absorption transaction date should be same with move transaction date.

Customer makes lot move transaction using WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE with previous transaction date. Then move transaction is created with specified transaction date, but Estimated Scrap transaction is created with sysdate.

Customer is making move transaction through WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE.

They sometimes faces some error on processing interface record. After they resubmit the transaction, move transaction is created with specified transaction date, but estimated scrap transaction is created with sysdate. This sometimes occur across months. For instance, move transaction is created in April, but estimated scrap transaction is created in May. It prevents user from closing the job in April. That's why they want to have same transaction date on estimated scrap transaction.
