You'll have to develop a custom report to track warranties in eAM.

There is no  good standard warranty feature in Oracle eAM. You can define PM schedules to let you know when a warranty expires based on which you can pay the supplier. Custom alert can also be developed based on the date stored in the asset number form's Warranty date.

EAM is tightly integrated with IB (Install Base) product. So you can do so by logging into IB responsibility.
