Metadata Kernel Re-connect issue

    This solution talks about killing the Metadata kernel as a workaround so you don't have to restart all E1 services.
    The reason for this is that when the Metadata kernel dies/zombies, a new Metadata kernel should start. Any pending spec will be rerouted to the next available Metadata kernel.
    So, your system will get back to normal.
